Pioneer Perks is a service of Pioneer Metal Finishing. This program is provided for all eligible employees of Pioneer Metal Finishing. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Eligibility for the Pioneer Metal Finishing Pioneer Perks Program is limited to current Pioneer Metal Finishing employees. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, transfer or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed.

Pioneer Metal Finishing reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.

Pioneer Metal Finishing reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Pioneer Metal Finishing at its sole discretion.

Each eligible employee is automatically enrolled in the Pioneer Perks Program and will use their employee username and password to gain access to the Pioneer Perks website.

The earning and accumulation of reward points begins when an eligible participant is hired. These points will be distributed at the sole discretion of Pioneer Metal Finishing.

1. Points not redeemed before termination from program separation will expire.

2. Points may only be used to redeem for items in the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.

3. Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You can not transfer Points to another participant. Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

1. Pioneer Metal Finishing reserves the right to modify catalog items available in the Points online catalog at any time and without notice.

2. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the online catalog.

3. Catalog items are subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.

This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as Pioneer Perks Point balances.

Pioneer Metal Finishing reserves the right to terminate the Pioneer Perks Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.

It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Pioneer Perks Points online catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for items presented in the Reward Points online catalog.

From time to time, Pioneer Metal Finishing, as its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Pioneer Perks Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.

This website is housed and operated by Online Rewards on behalf of Pioneer Metal Finishing. The information collected on this website will be used by Pioneer Metal Finishing in connection with the Pioneer Perks Program.
